How are you different from other building companies?

We’re unique because we bring everything under one roof—designers, quantity surveyors (QSs), project managers, and builders. This allows us to be flexible and create custom homes tailored to your budget and needs. Our QS team works closely with the designers throughout the process to ensure your home stays on budget. The designers also collaborate with the builders to address any complex design features, so construction goes smoothly with no surprises.

What areas do you build in?

We’re based in Christchurch Central and service the surrounding areas. We’ve even built homes in Twizel & Picton! If you’re thinking about building outside Christchurch, get in touch, and we’ll see how we can help.

What plans do you have available?

We don’t offer standard plans because every home we build is unique, and designed specifically for each client. Our designers can bring that vision to life if you have an idea or inspiration.

Do you have a display home we can view?

Yes, we have a display home located in the premier Cashmere Estate.

Can you help me find a section?

Can I visit the site during the build process?

Yes, you’re welcome to visit the site and see how your home is progressing. For health and safety reasons, please inform the foreman ahead of time.

How long does it take to build a home?

Building a home typically takes 8 to 12 months, depending on the complexity of the design, the characteristics of your section, and the time of year.

How much do you charge per square metre?

The cost of your new home depends on several factors, such as the land, design, materials, and level of inclusions. Since costs can vary widely, it isn’t easy to compare prices between builders. Your best option is to meet with us or take advantage of our complimentary site visit. We can discuss your budget and how to make the most of it. We offer a Guaranteed Fixed Price Contract for all our projects—no surprises, no hidden costs.

Yes, we offer fixed-price contracts, which provide a set price for building your home. This ensures there are no unexpected costs after the contract is signed.

Do you have your own builders?

Yes, we have our own team of builders. This allows us to maintain high-quality standards, ensure plans are followed precisely, and address any issues before construction begins.
