The process

01. From Vision to Design

Every dream home begins with a vision, and we specialise in turning those visions into reality. You’ll work closely with our in-house architectural design team at RBA Studio. Together, we’ll collaborate to transform your ideas into detailed, workable plans.

02. Conceptual Design and Pricing

The design journey starts with a thorough understanding of your brief. We’ll present a bespoke concept design, including detailed plans, realistic artist impressions, and customised cost estimates. Through multiple meetings and revisions, we’ll ensure the design aligns perfectly with your vision.

03. Comprehensive Build Contract

Our designers and quantity surveyors will work with you to finalise a Build Contract. Once you’ve approved the design and budget, we provide peace of mind through clear communication and consistent updates. Any changes are carefully managed to avoid surprises.

04. Design Consultation

As your plans progress through the council approval process, our design consultant will help you select and finalise materials, colours, finishes, and interior design details. This ensures an enjoyable and engaging experience as you bring your home to life..

05. Construction

Your design is turned into detailed documentation for building consent and construction. Input from other consultants is coordinated and incorporated into the documentation, which is then submitted to the council. Once consent is granted, construction begins.

06. Completion

When construction is complete, your home undergoes a professional clean, a comprehensive quality check, and the final Council inspection. With the keys in hand, you can celebrate the beginning of life in your stunning new home!
